Let the staff at Rutherford help you celebrate that special event.

Rutherford Pool is available for rental at times that the Pool is not normally scheduled for programming.  The Pool is not able to be rented after dark due to safety issues.  Please check at the office to see if the date and time that you wish to rent is available.

Fee for rental is $100.00, for one hour with up to 30 swimmers.  If you wish more time, or more swimmers, we can negotiate a new rate.  A $25.00 minimum deposit is required to hold your date.  If the event has to be cancelled due to weather or a mechanical issue on Rutherford's part, we will do our best to reschedule or will refund your deposit.

Food is allowed in the grassy areas but no glass containers or alcohol.  Music must be family appropriate and kept to an acceptable, neighborhood level.
